Benefits and wellness play an integral component of our culture. While we’re dedicated to helping you grow as an employee, we also recognize that what you do outside of work is essential to your health, well-being, and happiness.
We provide comprehensive medical and dental plans—and that’s just the beginning
At Wolf, we believe that your work life and family life are equally important and intertwined, which is why we also provide thoughtful benefits to support all families
We know rest and relaxation drive productivity — and promote healthy well-being — so we’re proud to offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, numerous firm-wide holidays, and more
Wolf offers very competitive 401(k) Retirement and compensation packages for all stages of life
Career enhancement is a major focus at Wolf, which is why we support our employees as they grow, explore, and take on new professional challenges
We are committed to developing and maintaining competitive compensation programs and strategies that allow us to attract, motivate and retain excellent people. We also recognize that an individual’s salary is only one part of our total rewards strategy.
Our total rewards strategy includes a focus on base pay, the incentive compensation plan (or sales commission for some), 401(k) retirement savings, spot awards, and our generous benefit plans including health insurance, vacation (PTO), leave programs, flexible work environment and so on.
The foundation of our compensation programs is to be fair and equitable, market-driven, agile in execution, and to reward high performance.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who come together at Wolf based on shared characteristics, life experiences, or interest around particular activities. ERGs provide employees with valuable leadership and networking opportunities. They create opportunities for us all to build more understanding in how to be an ally and have been a contributing factor toward our ability to build a more inclusive work environment.
