Many people have asked how they can contribute to Chuck and his family.
If you are interested in supporting the Johnson family via a donation, you can contribute to the Johnson Family Living Trust.* Donations prior to Chuck’s passing helped cover the costs associated with living with ALS and various medical expenses such as a wheelchair accessible van, ramps, specialized eye-gaze computer, private caregiving and full-time personal care aid support, etc.
These donations will now go towards the education and well-being of Chuck and Nicole’s three children.
We also encourage people to consider donating to three powerful Massachusetts based organizations that were instrumental in providing community support and care during his journey. See more info below.
